BSN, RN, brings over 25 years of specialized expertise as a Registered Nurse, with a focus on obstetrics and high-risk antepartum care, to our healthcare process improvement firm. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University, Sheri’s career spans diverse healthcare settings across rural and urban facilities in states including Montana, New Mexico, Alaska, North Dakota, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Her extensive experience as a travel nurse has honed her ability to navigate complex, dynamic environments, fostering innovative solutions that enhance patient safety and operational efficiency.

A recognized leader in healthcare process improvement, Sheri has spearheaded evidence-based initiatives that have measurably improved outcomes, such as Quantitative Blood Loss protocols and skin-to-skin care programs, which have contributed to reduced maternal mortality rates. Her expertise in Epic system upgrades, shared governance, and policy development—including aromatherapy integration and vaginal delivery sponge count standards—demonstrates a commitment to quality-driven, patient-centered care. As a preceptor, Ebola Core Team member, and Leadership Academy participant, Sheri combines collaborative leadership with crisis management acumen to drive transformative change in healthcare delivery.

Certified in Inpatient Obstetric Nursing and Neonatal Resuscitation, Sheri is passionate about empowering healthcare teams and improving outcomes for the obstetrical population. Her strategic vision and hands-on experience position her as a vital asset in optimizing clinical processes and advancing sustainable healthcare improvements.

Married to her husband, Brent, for 20 years, Sheri is a mother to three adult children, Rai, Rebekah, and Samuel. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, foraging, sipping tea, and spending time with family.
